Mainstream Science Excuses
O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge— by professing it some have strayed concerning the faith.
(1 Timothy 6:20-21) NKJV
Mainstream Science (SciPop) is an inductive rationalization of the premise that the universe doesn’t require a divine or supernatural cause. All evidence of the supernatural has to be rationalized as something else.
Regardless of what you may believe, there’s no empirical reason why there can’t be a firmament on the edge of space. Indeed, all of the available evidence can be shown to be congruent with this conclusion.
There are two sources of evidence for the presence of the firmament, empirical and theoretical; and one source of evidence for the absence of the firmament. Since SciPop is a rationalization of evidence to be something that it isn’t, they are the SciPop excuses as to why there can’t be a firmament. We described two of these recently but it is worthwhile to restate them here.
- All current cosmological models predict that 80-85% of the mass of the universe is missing. It’s not missing, it’s the firmament.
- The deep space Voyagers and New Horizons missions detected a brightly shining wall on the edge of space.
- Redshift and the supposed expansion of the universe.
Dark Matter
I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.
(Isaiah 50:3) KJV
SciPop invented dark matter but it’s impossible to detect it. That’s because dark matter doesn’t exist. Supposedly, dark matter is the 90% of the mass of the universe which is “missing.”
What’s ironic is that the Bible gives a reason and purpose for something which could be called dark matter, but it’s not there as a theoretical antidote to the mass of the firmament, it’s there to make the firmament invisible from the Earth. In a truly fascinating pivot deep into the realm of “real science” we have a way to link the crystalline compounds in the foundations of heaven to Bowen’s reaction series. It’s Hypothesis 31.
Voyager and New Horizons
Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
(2 Timothy 3:7) KJV
If there’s a brightly shining wall on the edge of space, then deep space missions ought to detect it. They did.

New Horizons
Here’s three examples of breathless, giddy reporting on SciPop’s failure to understand the significance of cosmic discoveries.
A NASA Spacecraft May Have Detected A Giant Wall At The Edge Of The Solar System
NASA detects glowing ‘hydrogen wall’ at edge of our solar system
New Horizons Spacecraft Sees Possible Hydrogen Wall at the End of the Solar System
SciPop devotees need to find a new game.
