Pangaea 2.0
Here is the message which God gave to Isaiah son of Amoz about Judah and Jerusalem:
In days to come
(Isaiah 2:1-2) Good News Translation
the mountain where the Temple stands
will be the highest one of all,
towering above all the hills.
Many nations will come streaming to it,
The mountain where the temple stands will be established and “many nations will come streaming to it,” isn’t flowery poetic language. It’s what happens to Earth’s geography in a tectonic upheaval which hasn’t started yet.
The first part of the tribulation involves the movement of the continents into one contiguous landmass which has Jerusalem at the center. The thing which will help us to come to terms with this reality is understanding the mechanisms which are involved. This requires us to interact with the current state of knowledge about the processes which take place within the Earth. This may come as a surprise to you but the state of knowledge of these processes is particularly poor and it can be summed up with three words: it’s anyone’s guess.
