The Holy Trinity can be written as a chemical formula. As blasphemous as this may seem, at first, there's a major problem with it: IT WORKS as a plan for the particle physics of the universe.

Void > Full
God can't abide sin, he can't look on it. Yet in order for free will to be a possibility, sin has to be possible. How does a perfectly pure and righteous God create a world where evil exists? He became sin for us.
A Plan for Particle Physics
There's a school of thought that the creation we live in was made from the remnants of an earlier one. In this narrative Genesis 1:1 describes a creation which was destroyed before the creative process begins in Genesis 1:2.
Gall as a Cause
Gall can be brazen boldness coupled with impudent assurance and insolence. Someone heard the Bible being preached but decided that they're immune. Their attitude was that it's irrelevant and doesn't refer to them.
The Essence of Free Will
Water is the essence of free will which is why God used it as the raw material for the universe. God's goal was to create sentient life that had the ability to accept or reject Him as creator based on the testimony of the creation itself.
Why did God Create the Universe?
God *could* have created a perfect world, and He *could* have made companions who were as pure as the matter which he *could* have made from nothing, but he didn't. He created a corrupted world from water.
God is a Spirit
God is a spirit doesn't mean that God is mystical and undefined, it means His physical nature is that of a vapor. However, God is more than just a Spirit so it's accurate to say that God has a Spirit.
Logos: Λόγος – a Word
Jesus describes himself as alpha and omega. He meant that he was alpha and also omega at the same time. Jesus Christ is a combination of alpha with omega. The fusion of alpha with omega begot alpha and omega.
Hypothesis 26
Something really odd happened during the development of what we call mainstream theology. Somewhere along the line the words formless and void, have been taken to mean that there was nothing.
