In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.(Genesis 1:2) ESV
There’s a school of thought that the creation we live in was made from the remnants of an earlier one. In this narrative Genesis 1:1 describes a creation which was destroyed before the creative process begins in Genesis 1:2.
Supposedly this earlier creation is the reason why the deep was present in Genesis 1:2. Where did the deep come from? What was this material and how was it derived? We can deduce the origin of the deep by resolving the Holy Trinity with particle physics.
The origin of the deep is the act of conception by which God the Son was begotten. The first two verses of Genesis allow us to deduce a plan for the particle physics of the universe including the origin of the first two elementary particles, Hydrogen and Omega Oxygen, and their fusion to become a body of water.
We’ve not gotten to let there be light yet. First we have to solidify our grasp on the physics of the deep. This just happens to be Principia Mattymatica Principle III – The Deep is an Incarnation of God. We also account for a potential claim that this contradicts scripture which states that Christ was once offered.
