There is a description of the core accretion model in the Hebrew text of Job 28:3. We make a systematic survey of the text, and bring forth this meaning.
Death-like shadow: וְצַלְמָֽוֶת – tsalmaveth
The shadow of death: וְצַלְמָֽוֶת - tsalmaveth [death-like shadow, deep shadow] meaning to roll or tumble down. i.e. sink, sinking in the shadow of death.
Gloom of the underworld: אֹ֣פֶל – ophel
It's surrounded by stones in thick darkness. What darkness? The gloom of the underworld, sheol, the underworld realm of the dead. The deep places of the Earth.
A stone: אֶ֖בֶן – eben
Generally; the common stone of the field; a stone which may be thrown with the hand.
Surround: חוֹקֵ֑ר – chagar
The hollow place or the inside of a chariot; also of an altar where the fire is kept. Mass is surrounded by the hollow interior of the Earth where there's fire?
Darkness: לַחֹ֗שֶׁךְ – choshek
During the formation of planet Earth, the action of the particles moving to form the core of the Earth is pictured in the sense of sinking into darkness and obscurity.
To put, place, set: שָׂ֤ם – sum
Setteth: שָׂ֤ם - sum [to put, place, set] The mass is in motion. It has been set in a place or it is in motion towards the place where it is to be set. This is the 3rd Hebrew concept of gravity which we have identified.
Gravity as a Process
Mass sinks in time, into stratified layers of sediment: a solid core on fire in the darkness, sunk in the shadow of death. (Job 28:3) MP Technical Paraphrase

"And God said," was energetically equal to the energy needed to cause the deep, the mass of the entire universe, to undergo nucleosynthesis. In a closed thermodynamic system this energy is still available.
