A major theme of the Bible, particularly the New Testament, is that we have two natures: carnal and spiritual. These two natures are at war within us.
Holy and Profane
Holy and unholy (profane) are synonyms for clean and unclean. They're part of how the Bible describes spiritual condition. We're either alive or dead, spiritual or carnal, giving or receiving, holy or unholy, clean or unclean.
The Purpose of Creation
One of the things which allows Matty's Paradigm to be a consistent with the broad narrative of scripture is understanding that creation has a specific purpose. This purpose harmonizes physics with spirituality.
Sanctification and Honor
If you're struggling with gender identity try not to worry or fret about it. It's okay to feel what you're feeling. It's okay to process the thoughts that you're having.
Obey the Law
A lot of people think that the LGBTQIA+ issue is about making a moral judgement. The thing is, we're not asked to make a moral judgement, we're told to obey the law for the Lord's sake.
Holy Matrimony
Physical relationships between humans are, by their very nature, carnal. There's only one situation in which the sexual union of two people is sanctified: holy matrimony.
Self Identity: Spiritual
If we come to the conclusion that our relationship with the Lord is our top priority then we've risen above the flesh. Now we're separating between the holy and the profane, the spiritual and the carnal.
The Sesame Street Song
One of these things is not like the others, One of these things just doesn't belong, Can you tell which thing is not like the others, By the time I finish my song?
Holy and Unholy, Unclean and Clean
Once we've become a Christian, how are we to live? This is a question which Paul was asked, to which a lot of the content of his letters and those of the other New Testament writers is addressed.
The Physics of Christianity
The plan of redemption and salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, as described in Romans chapter 8, resolves as Newton's second law of motion (F=MA). Gravity is part of the mechanism of redemption.
