God could have made a perfect creation from nothing, he didn't. Instead God used water. The result is a creation where there's continuous struggle between light and dark. Why? So that we may have free will.

There are three things in Genesis 1:2, besides the the deep, which describe the state of the universe before God said "let light be." We (that's me and the Holy spirit) use this to deduce that it was a zero-G environment.

By the end of the first day light was trapped in a watery mass teeming with biological life. It was the primordial soup that popular science (SciPop) predicts was the cradle of life. It was a zero-gravity environment.

Pattern and process repeat themselves in creation. We're told that things on Earth are copied from things in the heavens. Can we use this truth to understand how Jesus turned water into wine?

Apparently the law of God has been written in our hearts. This may be taken in a variety of ways but we (that's me and the Holy spirit) believe that the Bible exists as non-coding DNA in every cell of our bodies.

We (that's me and the Holy spirit) use scripture with the scientific method to test the hypothesis that "the deep," the Word of God, and Jesus Christ are synonyms of the same Divine aspect of the Trinity: God the Son.
January 24th
We (that's me and the Holy spirit) resolved the Holy Trinity with particle physics and we can now calculate the mass of the observable universe as a portion of the total mass of the universe.

The conditions described in Genesis 1:1-3 include a source of Hydrogen atoms (H+), the formula for nucleosynthesis (E=MC2), and give us the origin of the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMBR).

Chemically, Hydroxyl (OH-) is a cleaning agent. It is at the alkaline end of the pH scale. Cleansing goes with the concepts of purification, refinement and sanctification. This is part of the purpose for which Jesus Christ was begotten.

We can deduce that the Holy Spirit is Omega Oxygen (ΩO2-) an atomic nuclei with atomic number and atomic weight 8. It is not made of protons and neutrons, it simply is. It is unknown to science.
