When they bring you to be tried in the synagogues or before governors or rulers, do not be worried about how you will defend yourself or what you will say. For the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.

Constraining Obligations

The Foolishness of Preaching
Preaching is foolishness but the beauty of it, by God's grace, is that if you believe the message preached: the virgin birth, sacrificial death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, then you're saved and have everlasting life.
Hell is Expanding
Theologians have tried to make the doctrine of hell into something palatable by nominal Christians and unbelievers. That's okay, we're not worried about theologians. We all need to be aware that hell is real.
Strive Lawfully
And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

Jesus descended into the lower parts of the Earth. We can resolve this as being a place in the lower mantle, we euphemistically call it Abraham's bosom, the same location that he described in Luke 16.

Preaching the Word of God is a form of energy which has the potential to transform a soul from being dead to being alive (quickened). The sound of the preaching (energy) acts through the spirit of the listener.

IF God can't find a man to stand in the gap, and he sent prophets who completed their ministries, then the prophets weren't sent to stand in the gap. They were sent to warn that there was a gap.
