Hypothesis 9

Celestial Navigation

Which maketh Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers of the south.

(Job 9:9) KJV

The Bible doesn’t describe a heliocentric system, but that’s okay because we don’t observe heliocentricity. It’s a theoretical interpretation of the empirical geocentrospheric reality: it’s imaginary.

Spoiler Alert: If you’re a Christian who’s trying to combine the Bible with heliocentricity, a.k.a. Solianity, then you’re in for a bumpy ride.

Predictive Testable Hypothesis 9

  • IF the Earth is at the center of the cosmos
    • AND the Sun, Moon and stars were set to mark signs and seasons,
  • THEN knowledge of the relative positions of the stars and planets will enable the observer to find his position on the earth.

Salvation

  1. Call upon the name of Jesus Christ,
    • believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
  2. confess your sin.
