Precambrian

Mass sinks in time, into stratified layers of sediment: a solid core on fire in the darkness, sunk in the shadow of death.

(Job 28:3) MP Technical Paraphrase

Scripture includes a description of the deposition of Precambrian sediment in response to the creation of gravity on the 2nd day. That may seem far-fetched, but it’s an example of Biblical exposition.

It’s an example of creation theory predictive testable hypothesis 22.

At this time dissolved gas came out of solution. Oxygen produced by photosynthetic algae on the first day combined with dissolved iron compounds. Iron oxides precipitated and the Banded Iron Formations were deposited. The Earth formed as sediment accumulated around the gravitational singularity at the center. Job 28:3 is a description of this process. If you’re interested in the exposition of this passage you should see the post Gravity as a Process.

Gravity as a Process

Mass sinks in time, into stratified layers of sediment: a solid core on fire in the darkness, sunk in the shadow of death.

(Job 28:3) MP Technical Paraphrase

The compacting of matter around the singularity caused some of the life forms to become trapped and buried. These are Precambrian fossils of the Ediacaran biota.

Precambrian

Precambrian sediments and the core accretion model support the creation of gravity on the second day.

Precambrian fossils represent the aquatic life which developed on the first day. They weren’t deposited in Noah’s flood.

– Precambrian

This is a description of an aquatic or marine environment. Precambrian is functionally equivalent to pre-flood or antediluvian. As such, Precambrian sediment wasn’t deposited in Noah’s flood, the sequence from Cambrian through the Quaternary are flood deposits.

August 1 – Noah’s Flood

The peer review driven narrative of mainstream science (SciPop) wants you to believe that there’s no evidence of a world-wide flood. A world-wide flood would have left debris everywhere. That’s the thing: it did.
