The writer of Hebrews describes the creation of the universe as thermodynamically balanced. Apparently God created the universe from things which are invisible. We (that's me and the Holy spirit) propose atoms and molecules.
Mercury
Mercury may the planet killing meteorite Wormwood. Mercury/Wormwood will impact Earth during the tribulation, setting off a chain of events which will lead to another major upheaval. This is in the daily devotional for November.
Mars
Our history also involves Mars, since it was a major source of sediment during Noah's flood. The Old Red Sandstone of Scotland, Late Cretaceous sediment in Northern China and the sands of Mars may be related.
Venus
Venus may have been the source of the fire and brimstone which destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. It may also have been the source of the hail mingled with fire in the Exodus. Any time fire fell from heaven, that's what Venus is for.
Katartizó: κατηρτίσθαι – were framed
There's nothing in this definition of the word used for the act of creating the universe about it being from nothing. The clear understanding is that something was mended, repaired and completed.
