Water

If you've ever studied biology, biochemistry or chemistry you may have noticed that practically all introductory textbooks in those subjects have a chapter on water at or near the beginning. It's obligatory.

Deep Water

It sounds like a script for an episode of Star Trek or an entry in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. However, this is our reality. We still haven't unraveled the mystery of what water IS though.

March 6th

The preacher ponders rivers running into the sea. It may be rhetorical, a mystery of God. Or it's a hydrological cycle, and it's obvious and logical.

March 5th

In a prophecy against Assyria, comparing it to the greatest tree in the garden of Eden, we're told that the deep.. sent out her little rivers to water all of the trees. It sounds like a hydrological cycle.

Wormwood

Gall is an example of something which can be used to express either cause or effect. Bible passages that refer to the water of gall sometimes connect the concept to something called wormwood.

January 13th

Water is the physical medium in which cause and effect are linked. Water is the essence of free will. God gave us free will and we used it. We're now living through the consequences.
