God as the Holy Trinity existed with a formless mass of water in darkness, but they weren't the only ones present. There are passages in the Bible that make it clear that God had already created all human souls.
A Pure River of the Water of Life
If we're going to live with the Lord God who's going to reign forever and ever, and a pure river of the water of life is flowing, then it must be cycling because God isn't going to constantly create new water forever.
Deep Calls to Deep
We're going to ignore the possibility that Psalms 42:7 is flowery poetic language intended to teach us something spiritual. Instead we're going to use it as the description of a hydrological system in a test of Hypothesis 22.
The Great Deep
The deep and the great deep are both translated from the same Hebrew word, tehom. The difference signifies a transition from the deep where Earth was created to when the great deep is in the interior of the Earth.
Off the Deep End
We're going to go off the deep end which we found at the bottom of a rabbit hole: we'll draw a direct connection between the Holy Trinity and particle physics. By doing so we arrive at a theory of first cause.
Transparent Gold
How do we know that the next life is constructed from a series of elements which we have no earthly counterparts for? It's not possible to make gold pure enough that it becomes transparent like glass.
Not Just any Oxygen
In the particle trinity which we deduced from the first two verses of Genesis, the Holy Spirit is Omega, Oxygen. However, the Holy Spirit can't be just any Oxygen, or everyone would be filled with the Holy Spirit all the time.
Ezekiel’s Hydrology
The Millennial Kingdom hydrological cycle is a reestablishment of the original condition of the earth, when Eden was at plateau at the top of a mountain that filled the whole Earth.
The New Deep
Ezekiel tells us that a great river will issue forth from the temple in the Jerusalem. This is part of a hydrological cycle which doesn't presently exist. It's established along with the Millennial Kingdom.
Formless > Formed
In the beginning the deep was formless. The subsequent account of creation shows how form and function go through several rounds of increasing order and complexity. The first was to take on the form of a sphere.
