If the entire body of the deep underwent nucleosynthesis and energy radiated from every particle in existence, then there ought to be an even distribution of radiation and elementary particles. There's your CMBR.

Detection of the CMBR is taken to be support for the Big Bang Theory, although using the CMBR in this way only amounts to an inductive rationalization of circumstantial evidence to fit a premise.

If the deep was the source of Hydrogen for nucleosynthesis on the first day, then we would expect to find that radiation from this event is evenly distributed throughout the universe.

The conditions described in Genesis 1:1-3 include a source of Hydrogen atoms (H+), the formula for nucleosynthesis (E=MC2), and give us the origin of the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMBR).
