The traditional battle line of science vs. faith is a false dichotomy because what people call "science" is actually popular science (SciPop) which requires 3 aspects of faith: ignorance, motivational and developmental.
Measure the Heavens
We start with a simple observation: God hasn't, and won't, cast off the seed of Israel. This leads us to a conclusion: We haven't measured the heavens. So why do we think that we know the distance to the sun and its mass?
Evidence is Irrelevant
The physical world that we can see is evidence of its past. A fossil skull, for example, is proof that something happened at an earlier time. What we think it's evidence of is based on our point of view.
