The Beginning from the End

From the beginning I predicted the outcome;
long ago I foretold what would happen.

In the atheist human origins narrative (SciPop) there’s no hell, or a great gulf of open space inside the Earth, because it’s trying to be a logical antidote to guilt, the fear of judgment, and eternal torment.

The only problem is, even if you learn everything at atheists have to say about the Earth, it won’t take away your guilt. As such, this month we (me and the Holy spirit) will build a model of the internal structure of the Earth based on the sequence of creation and the history of Earth as recorded in the Bible.

Things to consider include the testimony of Jesus Christ which establishes that there’s a great gulf, or mega chasm, of open space inside the Earth. The description is found in a passage known as the parable of the rich man and Lazarus (Luke 16:19-31).

1. On the first day there was a formless mass of water, the deep.
2. On the second day it became spherical and Earth formed as a solid ball of dense sediment,
   • the core accretion model.
3. On the third day God caused the dry ground to appear.

We’ll examine the scriptures to see what we can find out about the physical processes that were involved in the formation of the Earth. Then we’ll use deduction to harmonize all available physical evidence and empirical data with the scriptures in building our model.

By the end of the third day the Earth was an elaborate structure with a variety of physical structures. It was very different to the Earth as it is today. We can piece together ideas about the physical changes that have happened over the course of history and use it to get an idea of the dimensions of the early Earth. What we have to end up with is a model of the Earth which accounts for two things:

1. All physical evidence,
2. all physical structures of the Earth mentioned throughout scripture.

In order to do this we have to look backwards from the present. We have to know the end from the beginning, and the beginning from the end. We also have to know what data is available and how has it’s been used.

Thus says the LORD: “If the heavens above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth below can be explored, then I will cast off all the offspring of Israel for all that they have done, declares the LORD.”

Whatever data or evidence SciPop has, has to be massaged to fit the premise that there’s no hell or great gulf. This done by using inductive reasoning.

The Matty’s Paradigm empirical model of the present day Earth looks like this. Matty thinks it’s important that you know the truth about what’s waiting for us after we die. Hell is expanding. It’s the cause of global warming. Believing in Jesus Christ is the only way to escape it.
