The foundation of the world was an act of conception. Wisdom (Hydrogen, H+) fused with the Holy Spirit (alpha Oxygen, ฮฑO2-) to form the Hydroxyl ion (OH-). This existed with Wisdom (H+) to be the deep (H2O).
