Living Waters
Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as he has fought in times past. At that time he will stand on the Mount of Olives, to the east of Jerusalem. Then the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west by a large valley. Half of the mountain will move northward, and half of it southward. You will escape through this valley that divides the mountain in two. You will flee as your ancestors did when the earthquake struck in the time of King Uzziah of Judah. The Lord my God will come, bringing all the angels with him.
When that time comes, there will no longer be cold or frost, nor any darkness. There will always be daylight, even at nighttime. When this will happen is known only to the Lord.
When that day comes, fresh water will flow from Jerusalem, half of it to the Dead Sea and the other half to the Mediterranean. It will flow all year long, in the dry season as well as the wet.
Then the Lord will be king over all the earth; everyone will worship him as God and know him by the same name.

The condition of the Earth at the time of the seventh trumpet is degraded. It’s not able to support a hydrological system as described in Ezekiel 47. Something has to happen for the Earth to begin healing again.
Our passage today gives us the context of the battle of Armageddon and the earthquake which follows as part of blowing of the seventh trumpet. It establishes that at the time of the Millennial Kingdom, living waters will go out from Jerusalem. In order to understand this we have to look at the prophecy of Ezekiel. Ezekiel gives an extensive and detailed account of his vision of the temple in Jerusalem at the time of the Millennial Kingdom.
One of the notable features occurs in chapter 47 where Ezekiel describes waters which issue from under the threshold of the house of the Lord. The waters are only enough to cover his ankles at first, but as he passes along the bank the river gets wider and deeper until it becomes too big to swim across (Ezekiel 47:1-12). We’re told that the water flows East through the valley which was created when the Mount of Olives split open, and that the purpose of the river is to heal the waters of the sea.
He said to me, โThis water flows through the land to the east and down into the Jordan Valley and to the Dead Sea. When it flows into the Dead Sea, it replaces the salt water of that sea with fresh water. Wherever the stream flows, there will be all kinds of animals and fish. The stream will make the water of the Dead Sea fresh, and wherever it flows, it will bring life.
(Ezekiel 47:8-9) Good News Translation
Clearly, healing the waters of the world’s oceans, rivers and lakes is necessary because of how polluted they became during human rule and the tribulation. The question is: where does the water come from that up wells at Jerusalem? and where’s it being cycled and filtered so that it can refresh the water of the sea? Whatever model we come up with of the Earth at the time of the Millennial Kingdom has to include a hydrological system capable of restoring all of the world’s water supply.
Fortunately we have plenty of clues from scripture and from the spherical hollow Earth model which we’ve deduced. The condition of the Earth at the end of the third day was a mountain which filled the whole Earth, Eden was at the summit, and 4 rivers issued from Eden which watered the surface of the whole Earth before returning to the great deep. The waters of the great deep up welled at Eden forming a hydrological cycle.

Since Jerusalem is going to be the summit of a mountain which fills the whole Earth then we ought to consider something along these lines, given that it’s, to some extent, a return to the original condition of the Earth.
