The Bible considers human life to be a trinity of spirit, soul and body. The spirit and soul are invisible. The body, comprising both the body and blood, is visible.
We (that's me and the Holy spirit) deduce that the spirit, a vapor, inhabits the blood through the action of the Hemoglobin molecule and it powers metabolism. The spirit quite literally animates a body and makes it biologically alive.
We asked: what's the difference between the soul and spirit? We concluded that the spirit is the breath that animates us and gives us life, but that the soul is our consciousness and personality.
If human life is a trinity of spirit, soul and body, and the Bible teaches us that this is copied from God, who is a trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, then what can we deduce about the nature of God?
Adam and Eve were created to populate the earth with their offspring, until there was a body for each soul that God had created. This is why God is longsuffering: every soul has not been given a body yet.
Even though we have been diligent to account for all physical evidence and empirical observations as we built our doctrine of the soul, and even though we account for all of the laws of physics, it's not enough. We need a predictive testable hypothesis for this to be truly scientific.
Scientific hypotheses must be falsifiable but the truth can’t be falsified, if it could it wouldn’t be true. Therefore mainstream science (SciPop) and the truth are mutually exclusive.
Occam's razor is a philosophical train wreck which has been used to delude people into believing hypotheses which are vastly more complex than their competitors.
