The pre-tribulation rapture is a load of dingo's kidneys. Christians and the Church will be on the Earth during six of the seven plagues that are part of the tribulation.

There will be seven trumpets which initiate the plagues of the tribulation. Six of them will have sounded before the seventh and final trumpet sounds.
Rapture Doesn’t Mean “Caught Up.”
Rapture refers to how we will be changed, transformed, in the twinkling of an eye. It has nothing to do with being "caught up."
