The Bible is God's Word. The Bible describes creation. According to the Bible a firmament was created in the midst of the deep to separate waters above from waters below. It's the beginning of a doctrine of gravity.

We believe that God can't lie. Let's face it, why would anyone believe a God who lies? The Bible has an extensively developed doctrine of hell which allows us to deduce the internal structure of the Earth.

Tectonic breakup of Pangaea had to be after Babel. It's a logically certain conclusion. It's the only way to reconcile the Bible with the physical evidence. The result is a perfect harmonization of scripture with science.

The Pangaea super-continent was broken into continental landmasses sometime after the tower of Babel. People and fauna were dispersed to all corners of Pangaea and then the tectonic plates formed.
