Who is the Sun?

So let all thine enemies perish, O LORD: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.

(Judges 5:31) KJV

The sun goest forth in his might? The song of Deborah speaks of the sun as if he’s a person, a sentient being. Who are we to say he isn’t?

King David’s family life was beset with problems because of his sin. One particular situation involved one of his sons sleeping with all of his wives on the roof of his house. In the passage below the event was prophesied with the warning that it would take place in the sight of this sun. Which begs the question: Is the sun watching us?

Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.

(2 Samuel 12:11) KJV

Psalms 19:1-6 is a clear statement of the Geocentrospheric cosmology which was established by the creation of gravity on the second day. In it the sun is male and evidently is as excited as a man who’s about to get married. He feels like this every day, lucky fellow, as he runs his race across the heavens.

Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

(Psalms 19:4-6) KJV

We use Hypothesis 22 and its many positive results as a way to be sure that the simplest meaning of the words used is the meaning which was intended.

Predictive Testable Hypothesis 22

• IF the Holy Spirit is the power of God to inspire human writers,
  • AND the physics of the universe has been written in scripture so that it’s
    1. obvious and
    2. invisible,
• THEN phrases or words that look like chemistry, physics, biology or geology should be treated as if they are chemistry, physics, biology or geology,
  • AND the science will be congruent with the scriptural context.

We don’t have to go looking for ingenious interpretations, although sometimes we have to dig through all of those to get to the simplest meaning.

Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.

(Isaiah 24:23) KJV

You could take this to mean that the sun and moon will stop shining, and dramatic changes in their luminosity are prophesied. Alternatively it could mean the sun and moon are sentient beings, based on gravity nodes (they have souls), and they’re embarrassed at being worshiped as idols.
