Facultative means: of or relating to the grant of permission, authority, or privilege. For us it describes a mode of argumentation where atheists take the perspective that the Bible is true.
Transformative Truth
It looks to us (that's me and the Holy Spirit) as if the End Times Revival has begun. See a loving pastor in action as Brandon Mercer begins leading his flock from where our awareness of truth is now, to where it needs to be.
Faith vs. Sight
Faith and sight are opposites, like light and darkness, good and evil. When you have one you don't need the other, and vice versa. We also use them as concepts in a unified theory of everything.
Distribution of Biodiversity
There were two horses on Noah’s ark but now there are at least seven species in genus Equus. That's speciation or macro-evolution. It's not a problem because the process of evolution has a scriptural context.
Matty’s Harmonization
We're harmonizing science with the Bible. How can this be possible if, superficially, science and the Bible look completely different? We have to know what's real science and what's not.
Matty’s Razor
The idea that evidence is neutral and we all have access to it is known as Matty's Razor. Evidence doesn't lead to a conclusion, it just is. How we interpret evidence is determined by what we believe. It's called cognitive bias.
Faith
Current popular science (SciPop) propaganda is that "faith is belief without evidence." However we all have the same evidence (Matty's razor) so the meme fails as a definition of faith.
Evidence
One of the best examples of how evidence is used incorrectly in the popular science paradigm (SciPop) is the worldwide distribution of sedimentary deposits and the evidence of Noah's flood.
The Soul Conclusion
If science can't detect it then it doesn't exist. That's rhetoric which crops up on social media quite frequently. The soul is undetectable by popular science (SciPop) which is why scientists dismiss the possibility that it exists.
