Spirit, Soul and Body
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(1 Thessalonians 5:23) KJV
The Holy Trinity gives us the first cause of the universe and establishes a template for life which we see patterned in creation. It manifests as sentient beings which are comprised of spirit, soul and body.
It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
(Hebrews 9:23) KJV
We (that’s me and the Holy spirit) are going to review and summarize the deductive process so far this year and use it to investigate part of the nature of God. We say “part” of the nature of God because no one can know ALL of God and we want to tread carefully. A lot of people get nervous or indignant when we start using complicated logic to probe the nature of God.
We all have the same evidence. Our choice of paradigm determines what we think it’s evidence of.
– Matty’s Razor
Once upon a time many years ago we were at a men’s prayer meeting at a church on a Saturday morning. One of the men there was a man in his 70s, a lifelong Christian and someone who we would regard as an elder. We were pondering gravity, thinking out loud, and we said something like “I wonder if God created all souls before creation, and the reason why he’s long-suffering is that every soul hasn’t had a chance to be in a body yet.” He was horrified and angrily told us that we shouldn’t be thinking about such things.
That being said we’re going to do what we’ve been called to do and some people are going to be upset. Just sayin’.

Trinity: Body, Spirit, Soul
- Body: a visible host, or tabernacle.
- includes blood, an interface between body and spirit;
- a plasma which allows metabolism.
- Spirit: invisible breath or wind.
- Soul: heart and mind;
- a gravity node with a frequency unique to each individual;
- the mind, the seat of our consciousness and personality;
- the heart, the emotions and passion which drive and motivate us;
- it makes us sentient.
We also have to know the end from the beginning. At the end of our deductive process is the conclusion that each soul is a gravity node which was created as part of an assembly of souls, and this is the gravitational singularity around which the Earth formed.
This being the case, if souls begin in the center of the Earth then, if that’s our outcome, it’s not the judgement of God it’s the default. Therefore, God isn’t a vengeful homicidal psychopath which is the excuse that many people use for rejecting him. This is an avenue by which we can begin an outreach to secular humanists.
